The North Face Purple Label introduces the White Collection, made up of the Roots of Life Scoop Jacket and a matching Fuse Box backpack. Each piece features a stark white colorway interrupted by splashes of green, symbolizing Pando aspen trees set against a snow-capped landscape. The jackets is constructed from HYVENT rip-stop fabric providing waterproof and breathable protection, while the Fuse Box features high-strength TPE fabric laminate equipped with a large main compartment and adjustable padded shoulder straps. Kith Blue Label 2012 Fall/Winter Chapter 2 Collection

Following promotional material featuring GQ fashion editor Justin Doss and Street Etiquette’s Joshua Kissi, we are now privy to the Kith Blue Label and its second delivery in its entirety. The Bedford Oxford features a two-tone design (herringbone, blue camo or woodland camo) with a button-down collar – while the Eldridge Varsity Oxford is made with a soft shawl collar that’s offered in a solid colorway. In addition, multiple versions of the Mercer Pant is available with key details including matching belt loops, cotton twill build and elastic cuff at the bottom for an enclosed fit. Finally, the range contains soft knit acrylic beanies with a “Just Us” and “Kith” tag sewn on and are available in black or grey. Chapter 2 of the Kith Blue Label collection is available at Kith NYC stores and online in numbered quantities.

The North Face Purple Label Down Vest and Parka

The North Face Purple Label has released a line of great new down parkas and vests. Both the vest and the parka are crafted from nylon and Pertex, a durable wind resistant fabric, and feature a Paisley inspired lining. Further features on the parka include a drawstring hood, two front pockets and a contrasting blak zip pocket on the left sleeve. The vest features besides two front pockets a leather yoke with logo embossing. The Parka, as well as the vest are come in a tan, red and black colourway. They are available now at Nanamica.

A Bathing Ape HERRINGBONE SHARK FULL ZIP HOODIE

A Bathing Ape‘s beloved SHARK FULL ZIP HOODIE is set to return this November in a brand new herringbone edition. Among the new releases today in the Supreme online store is the above Leather Down Jackets. An all time classic and somewhat of a nostalgic 80s Hip Hop piece, we are not surprised to see it from the New York skate brand.  Crafted from lambskin, the jacket also features a puffy fur hood. The colorways are beige, black and the triple colored black/red/green version. The nostalgic among you will go with the triple colorway or black, we actually like the beige one the best, even if it is not the most practical one in terms of keeping clean. Newly available from CASH CA as a part of the menswear label’s Fall/Winter 2012 collection is its Spanish Stadium Jacket. As Maiden Noir’s Rise Of The Seventh pop-up shop in Toronto is coming to an end this weekend, they have unveiled one last special collaboration between the military/vintage menswear inspired brand and HAVEN. Newly introduced exclusive pieces include; Maiden Noir’s popular Service Shirt Jackets and the slim fit Service Chino II pant adorned in a big camouflage pattern with grey and black tones, embellished with all black “HVN” ID patches.

HAVEN worked with Maiden Noir to produce a unique camp cap featuring a distinctive “star” pattern. Like other caps in the collection, it houses a leather adjustable strap and monotone metal eyelets for ventilation, but unique to this series is the tonal HVN logo embroidery on the side panel.

BOUNTY HUNTER 2012 BxH Stadium Jacket

Japanese brand BOUNTY HUNTER has cooked up a new iteration of the Stadium Jacket for the season. Similar in construction to a design we’ve seen from them in the past, once again black and white elements merge nicely – with prominent branding seen across the left breast and signature stitch-work on the back. Crafted with a wool body and contrast-colored sleeves, the garment features button-front closure, quilted lining, slash pockets, and striped ribbing at the cuffs and hem. Expect this piece to drop at select boutiques internationally on November 1.

rberry, Louis Vuitton, Prada & Gucci Present Pudsey Bears for Children In Need

The Children In Need foundation has managed to put together an impressive list of 30 high fashion designers for their latest Pudsey Bear initiative. Curated by LOVE Magazine editor Katie Grand, each brand designed a 24-inch Pudsey plush bear, that will all be auctioned at Christie’s on November 15, with all proceeds going to the celebrated children’s charity.

Participating brands include Louis Vuitton, Prada, Burberry, Vivienne Westwood, Vogue, GQ, Gucci, Sibling, Victoria Beckham, Paul Smith, Versace, Balenciaga and many others.
“All 30 bears will be showcased exclusively at Selfridges in London and Manchester from October 24 until November 14, including the Vogue Pudsey which was first unveiled yesterday. In addition, tomorrow Paul Smith, Anya Hindmarch and Selfridges will launch 10-inch versions of their respective bears – available to buy at Selfridges.”

Gourmet x Mitchell & Ness Vintage Satin Jacket

In a market saturated with fashion collaborations, partnerships that make sense and products that reflect the distinctive qualities of both parties are few and far between. Bucking the trend, Gourmet recently teamed up with retro sportswear specialists Mitchell & Ness for a duo of Vintage Satin Jackets that stay close to home. Rivalries and all, the founders of the footwear label looked to their hometown teams — the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox — for baseball jackets that served as the foundation of the joint effort. The jacket body is constructed of 1980s era satin, while full-grain leopard printed suede arms — reminiscent of Gourmet’s similarly patterned footwear – and a fully-lined interior keep things timely and seasonal. Quantities will be limited to 12 per color and will be available on October 27 at Gourmet’s website.

Stone Island 2012 Fall / Winter Reflective Jackets

Long associated with European football fans, Italian sportswear label Stone Island presents a series of new reflective outerwear for Fall/Winter 2012. Featuring tonal and camouflage jackets alongside a mid-length parka, the releases offer light reflection via a process that includes hand-spraying the pieces with a coating of thousands of glass micro spheres before being oven-dried. With the jackets appearing in a variety of colorways, the grey parka also utilizes heat-sensitivity technology – thus allowing the coat to change colors with relation to temperature. Varying in price from $1,075 USD to $1,250 USD, all three of the reflective jackets are now available online from Stone Island.

Supreme x The North Face Fall 2012 Collection

Once again Supreme and The North Face have teamed up on a couple of products. This Fall, Supreme has joined with The North Face to introduce the Mountain Shell Jacket and the Medium Day Pack Backpack.

Custom fit for Supreme, the Mountain Shell Jacket features a water resistant corduroy cotton shell. The Medium Day Pack Backpack features a water resistant corduroy cotton shell with a suede bottom.
All items will be available in three colorways exclusively made for Supreme and will release in store in NY, LA, London and online on October 25th and in Japan on October 27th.

atmos x Penfield – Gillman Jacket

This Gillman Jacket marks the second collaboration between the Japanese select store, atmos, and the American outdoor company, Penfield. Based on the classic outerwear piece from Penfield, this piece was tweaked to match the personality of the Japanese brand. Eye-catching, bright red inner lining highlights the otherwise neutral navy exterior of the jacket. The external shell is constructed from 60/40 cloth, a classic material that improves weatherproofing. Bronze- and silver-colored snap-buttons are placed alternately on the front, while a leather piping accents the cuffs. These jackets are sold exclusively from atmos’ retail store and online shop in Tokyo.

A Tribe Called Quest x Applebum ‘Beats, Rhymes & Life – The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest’ T-Shirt

To commemorate the release of the documentary Beats, Rhymes & Life – The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest, A Tribe Called Quest hooked up with Japanese brand Applebum for a special T-shirt. Deriving its name from the group’s first single “Bonita Applebum” off their debut album, Applebum was a natural choice for this special piece. The tee features a bright red and green camo-esque print made famous by the group’s signature usage of the pattern punctuated by a bold, white graphic with the name of the documentary across the front. Just 20 of these special tees have been produced and rather than being sold they are being offered up in a giveaway on the brand’s site. Unfortunately the giveaway is limited to residents of Japan.

Japanese brand NEXUSVII presents an interesting outerwear piece from its new Fall/Winter 2012 Collection – the Topflite Leather Riders Down Jacket.
